North College Hill Tri-Meet Recap

After a challenging day at the Washington Courthouse tournament, the Eagle Wrestlers refocused their energies at the Tri-Meet with North College Hill and Mt Healthy held at North College Hill and came up big!

Out of 7 matches, the Eagles earned 5 wins, all by Fall.

The crowd was treated to a night full of exciting matches with lots of scrambles and obvious improvements by wrestlers from all three teams from the early part of the season until now.
High-amplitude throws by Pedro Guimaraes, Abe Sanders picking up his first win of the season by Fall, massive lead changes between two talented competitors from NCH and Mt Healthy, multiple matches going down to the wire, and fantastic scrambles leading to Pins, this night had it all.

Next Wednesday will see another similarly intense showing as the Eagles will be back in action for another Tri-Meet at New Miami January 28 as they tune up for the MVC Conference Meet held at North College Hill Friday, February 6.
