Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Eagles

Reese Decker has served as the Wide Receivers Coach and Passing Game Coordinator at CHCA for the past two seasons (2023–2024). A former collegiate player at Olivet Nazarene University (Illinois), Decker began his coaching career at his alma mater, where he spent three seasons (2020–2022) coaching different positions each year—quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers. During his tenure at ONU, he mentored four All-Conference athletes and one All-American.

Decker lives in Loveland with his wife Sarah.
