Janna Stephens has been promoted the new head coach for girls' volleyball at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. Â Stephens served as an assistant coach under former head coach, Lisa Schaad during the 2021 season at CHCA. Â

Stephens has coached at the club, high school, and collegiate levels.  Janna was as an assistant coach at John Hopkins University and was the head coach at Lakota East High School, most recently.  Prior to joining the staff at CHCA, She lead Lakota East from 2018-2021 finishing 26-4 in the GMC and 41-31 overall.  At the club level, she has coached at Elevation, Columbia (MD) and the Cincy Classics.

The Eagles have advanced to three straight OHSAA Division III State Final Four's and are the defending Co-MVC Champions. Â
